Share-Based Payments The Company operates a long-term incentive plan for Executive KMP and previously to certain senior executives. Recognition and Measurement Share-based payments Share-based compensation benefits are provided to employees via certain Employee Agreements. Information relating to these Agreements is set out in the Remuneration Report. The fair value of entitlements granted are recognised as an employee benefit expense with a corresponding increase in equity. The fair value is measured at grant date and recognised as an expense over the period during which the employees become unconditionally entitled to the shares. 21. Other assurance services include a fee for the review of the new advertising booking system for 62500.
